Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your box.
Pack and Ship
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
