What makes Xero Shoes different from traditional athletic sneakers?
Xero Shoes are designed with a 'foot-first' philosophy. They feature a wider, foot-shaped toe box, a non-elevated 'zero-drop' heel for proper posture, and a flexible sole that allows your feet to bend and move naturally while providing essential protection.
How do I find the right size for my feet?
Most of our models run true to size, but some styles may vary. We provide a specific sizing guide on each product page. We recommend measuring your foot length and comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect minimalist fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 45-day return and exchange period. If your shoes are in brand-new, unworn condition, you can return them for a full refund or a size exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do Xero Shoes come with a warranty?
Yes! We are famous for our 5,000-mile sole warranty. If you wear your FeelTrue® outsoles down to less than 1mm thick at the ball or heel through normal use, we will replace them for a nominal cost.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
Are Xero Shoes vegan-friendly?
We are proud to offer a wide variety of 100% vegan-friendly styles. We do not use animal products in our glues or materials for these specific models, which are clearly marked in the product descriptions.
